Dee has been creating wonderful cakes for over 25 years. She initially qualified at Peterborough College of Art & Design in Sugarcraft Skills but today is she is better known for being a Teacher of Sugarcraft Skills passing on her knowledge and experience to new students eager to create the most beautiful wedding cakes imaginable.

A wedding cake is so very important... often being the crowning moment of the wedding day celebrations - everyone wants a photograph of the Bride & Groom cutting into the cake!
The wedding cake needs to look as spectacular as the Brides dress... it needs to be just perfect. However unlike the dress it has to have an extra dimension... it has to taste wonderful too!
When consulting with a new Bride & Groom, we take that extra bit of time with you to find out just what your looking for and to make sure you get exactly what you want. Designs are made to match in with your wedding style like your dress design, the flowers, your bouquet etc... there is so much we can do to make your cake wonderful and spectacular!
